Job Purpose
Customer support on Mimecast Services provide technical account relationship management to all Mimecast customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Role provide UK Service Delivery on Microsoft based applications
- Customer support on Mimecast Services provide technical account relationship management to all Mimecast customers.
- Assist clients with the use of the Mimecast services and ensure best practice configuration
- Train customers and partners via online training methods Implementation of Mimecast services for clients and the tracking and management of customer trials
- Create FAQ's and customer help documentation
- Work with and provide exceptional support to Mimecast partners and resellers.
- Support and monitoring outside of normal working hours to UK and International clients.
- Provide industry leading levels of support to all customers at all times.
- Work with counterparts in the other Mimecast offices
Person Specification
- Experience of providing technical support to SMB and Enterprise Administrators
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
